Atlantic City LIT

The Atlantic City Leaders in Training (LIT) Workforce Development and career readiness program is a program that targets at-risk youth in Atlantic City. The LIT program offers Atlantic City’s youth a development program roster that targets building workforce skills as well as to job coach them through behavior and mental health challenges. These programs promote positive outcomes by providing opportunities, fostering positive relationships, and giving the support that is needed to develop our youth’s assets and prevent risky behaviors.
